We may also collect location information, depending on the Services you use or the permissions you provide. “Precise” location information may be derived from your device’s GPS and location systems, as well as nearby wi-fi networks and cell phone towers. Imprecise location information may include your IP address or other data that may identify you as being located in a specific region, city, or postal code.

Other Information You Provide To Us. We collect personal information from you when you provide it to us for specific purposes, such as to provide you with information, products or services that you request; to carry out a transaction or purchase; or to respond to an inquiry. Depending on the services, products or information requested, the information collected from you may include your name, telephone number, email address, address, billing information, and order history, as well as any additional information that you choose to enter into text fields.

Finally, MCB may also collect non-personally-identifying data and information, which may be used and distributed at its discretion.

Providing Products and Services. We use personal information to provide products, services and information to our customers and Site visitors.

We may share the personal information you provide with other companies we have hired to provide products or services for us. These companies – our vendors/suppliers – are generally contractually bound to use personal information we share with them only to perform the services or provide the products we have hired them to provide or for other limited purposes (such as legal compliance, to enable us to more effectively respond to your questions, or to prevent or address technical problems). We do not share, sell, or lease personal information about you to any third parties for their marketing use. We will release information about you if you direct us to do so, if we are required by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances (for example, to protect your account from fraud or to enforce our Terms of Use.  In addition, if all or a part of our company is sold, we may transfer or replicate some or all of the personal information we have to the buyer.

Children and Minors

The Site is not intended for anyone under the age of 21, and children under the age of 21 are not permitted to use the Site.

Email Opt-Out

If you no longer wish to receive email communications from us, you can follow the specific unsubscribe instructions in the email you receive, or contact us at the address below.  If you do business with us, you may not opt out of automated notifications based on business transactions (e.g. e-commerce).

International Use

Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or where we have engaged a service provider, and by your use of the Site you acknowledge that we may transfer information to countries outside of your country of residence, including to the United States, which may have different data protection rules than in your country.

Do Not Track

We do not track customers over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore the Site does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
